“There is something to be learned from a rainstorm. When meeting with a sudden shower, you try not to get wet and run quickly along the road. But doing such things as passing under the eaves of houses, you still get wet. When you are resolved from the beginning, you will not be perplexed, though you will still get the same soaking. This understanding extends to everything.”
― Yamamoto Tsunetomo, The Hagakure: A code to the way of samurai

I admire comics without words, it takes a special kind of writer to pull that off – to tell a good story without words.

Why do people run and hide from rain? It’s just water. Do they rush about will-nilly in the shower every morning? “Ooh, ooh, icky water! I can’t get wet!”

When you take a shower, you’re naked. It’s fine to be wet, when you don’t have clothes on.
