This is interesting, because Pepsi actually has more calories per ounce than Coke; always has. I always attributed this to higher sugar/corn syrup content, and as a result, Pepsi always tasted sweeter to me than Coke. Pepsi’s “Take the Pepsi Challenge” was actually based upon the public’s known sweet tooth!
What this shows is there are differences in tastes, and your comment proves this out…
