   Personally, I’d rather have it be light in the evening until 8 or so (in the summer) than to get light at 4 in the morning.

   You go to work in the dark or get home in the dark. Either way, you burn the energy you’re told you’re saving; so it’s a wash. And it’s not worth the energy or the hassle. Get rid of it!!
