Grand Avenue stars Kate Macfarlane, an avid sports fan who powerwalks to stay in shape. Not your typical cookie-baking granny, Grandma Kate has her hands full with her terrific twosome, who are best buddies even though their personalities clash. Gabby is an ambitious, newspaper-reading little girl who plans to become a billionaire before she's 30. Her brother Michael is a more sensitive soul who prefers riding his skateboard or performing scenes from Shakespeare to just about anything else.

Ohh…I could tell some stories. My relatives are more apt to ruin someone elses dinner by calling from a ditch somewhere needing to be rescued.

Just tell them, “You got yourself into the mess, you get yourself out.”

I heard in the Great Lakes states, they usually come up with a backup plan in case there is a huge winter snowstorm. Not so here in Arizona!

Yeah, but you get those nasty dust storms…I know, I lived in Palm Springs and we got them as well. NOT FUN!!!

Yes,especially in the “U P”. 4 wheel drive, generators, lots of cut up wood. Big fun! Of course I live in the lower “P” so I could be wrong about the big fun part.
