    You got that right Grandma. Certain people of any age should not rely on a computer and people of a certain age should not rely on a computer.

    besides if your security is not perfect,all of your personal info is somewhere in files,that only a hacker can find when you got rid of the hard drive[computer]or are compromised by a virus[worm]. anonymous will tell you. mainly Windows OS

    Take a hammer to your old disk drive, end of problem. Yes, people can recover data from a damaged disk; but who would bother? Unless it’s a business that didn’t bother making backups.

    I’ve been sold on computer tax software since the one really bad year where I made nearly no money and the software flagged me as qualifying for a complete refund of all taxes paid since I fell below the poverty line. The way I was raised, I would never have considered looking for that deduction. And the only time I trust my return to the outside world is when I file it. I don’t use the cloud, I don’t use preparers. And I’m not on line long enough to be found and hacked.
