Four-second violations are totally Jarrod’s fault. Somebody tell him to quite clowning around.

I wonder if the summer 7-on7 football team will make the playdowns?

“A GUY told me”? There are only 3 other guys at the game…couldn’t he just point to the source?

In all reality, we have a parent with his son scouting teams that he can play for imediatly. They ll choose Milford and have a conflict with Jarrod throughout the season.

In fairness to the Milford kids, they haven’t been coached at any kind of football in years.

In all reality, todays Chicago Tribune has a front page story about the popularity of 7on 7 football. Is Gil finally getting with the times and installing a spread offense ?

From the looks of the stands, 7-on-7 is right up there with cleaning out the basement in terms of fun things to do.

If I recall my old DC comics correctly, those shock waves in P1 would indicate that a speedy Barry Allen (aka the Flash) is now playing at Milford. And I’m assuming the four second violation means he ran a kickoff back in less than four seconds. The refs are just trying to level the playing field for the non-super heroes.

Four-second violation – most passes in a “real” game are thrown in three seconds or less from snap.

In 7-on-7 if QB still has ball after four it’s an assumed “Sack” because all receivers are covered, and in a “real” game a defender would’ve gotten to QB by then.
