    BITSY YESTERDAY Really, Bitsy? The old, I need help moving a file cabinet? I suspect things are not going well with the doc

    Wendy should take a page from Wynn’s book and start elbowing 44 in the jaw. The worst they’ll do is call a foul on her.

    “I can’t stop 44. We’d better find someone else.” Who SAYS this sort of thing? Suggest a double-team or yell at your teammates for not calling out picks or switching or stepping up to help, don’t admit defeat and bench yourself. Geez, Wendy, no wonder you have no future as a competitive dancer.

    You wish. Do you really think if I was bored with Wally I’d go for someone with his own custom-made travel mop and a suspected floor cleaner addiction?

    Uh…no offense, Mopman.

    P2: they’ve moved the game outdoors. She can’t keep up with 44 because because she keeps looking directly at the sun (Saturday afternoon game), plus they are now using a bowling ball.

    No wonder that Cyndy has the “hot hand.”

    “I can’t stop 44.” Must be some kind of fancy dance term those wacky kids in Milford use.

    In all reality, its a special zone. A 2-2-1 with the one being a chaser. Except Milford calls it a 2-2- Dancer with Wendy defending 44 one on one using her dancers agility to mimic every move of 44. Mimi tells Wendy Nobody puts Wendy on the bench.

    I thought zone defenses had been outlawed in basketball? Or is that only in the NBA?

    @JPuzzleWhiz

    They used to be outlawed in the NBA, but a decade or so ago even they started allowing them (with some restrictions). No other level of basketball outlaws them.

    Oh ho ho Bitsy, be careful. Old Mopman has a lot of video from back in the day. Some students (not naming any names) spent a lot of time in the old janitor’s closet with half the boys in their class.

    @Mr Reality

    Classic! Nice!

    …and notice how Mimi is actually coaching…“Switching to a zone”…Where is Gil?

    Also realized that the player standing with arms crossed behind Mimi is disgusted by the play. She’s either saying, “I should be in there. I could stop 44” or “No kidding”.
