Not only is Shuford hurt, but Marty has gained about 30 pounds since the game started.

I think it’s time for the Milford radio station to get out of the 50’s, WDIG – you dig? With Moon the Wolfman Jack ripoff alcoholic DJ it’s clearly time for an update. Get with the times – how about changing the name to WOMG, WLOL or WWTF? If Moon had a podcast though I’d subscribe.

The usual “Milford misses the playdowns by this much” ending Neal and Rod always use for the “Winning isn’t everything” lesson that’s really a cop-out for the fact that Milford (and Detroit sports) are a bunch of losers.

Goshen cannot be that good! At least Milford has the injury excuse to fall back on when they miss the playoffs this time.

Oh well, on to basketball to see which star player (or Mimi’s star Amazon) has a problem that will affect the team so much they miss the playdowns…again.

Moon with the lamest of sportscaster cliches. I would have preferred “And boom goes the dynamite”. For all the ridicule that phrase has generated, it was at least original.

Milford will go to eight man football next year and play the school for the deaf.

What has happened to Chip Visci and Hamani “Hambone” Gaines? Gil and Kaz look like someone stole their after lunch cookie.

I’m thinking everyone is going to get healthy and Gil will have a long run in the playdowns. At least that’s the way it would have been ten or fifteen years ago.

P2: I wish Moon would stop scheduling his optometrist visits at halftime.

I think that if Gil moves his head to the right, we’ll see that the sign says “Go Home, Milford”!

What are we missing that Mimi found researching John Pascoe.

…there is no need to critique the story line, there is none MJS!

P3…Gil is back to his Mitt Romney appearance, talking to Eddie Munster…

They might be playing 8-man ball, but Thorp won’t be coaching. The administration, tired of Gil’s lack of training, conditioning, and lack of success in the Playdowns will tell Gil to get his priorities right and ask him to step down.

Maybe it’s an epidemic of low pain thresholds.
