    I’m no doctor, but I think what the trainer is examining is called a “wrist”. And yes, wrists count too.

    @BitsyTwill

    The trainer’s confused because of the pain in his own dislocated hips. Check out his legs.

    Marty’s headphones often give him a Princess Leia look.

    Ya, I thought maybe he had polio as a child. Isn’t it a requirement that all of Gil’s coaches have some sort of handicap? (Am I allowed to say ‘handicap’?)

    The aliens seem very excited with the play in P1!

    Goshen apparently still lays their field out in the old-fashioned “gridiron” judging from P3.

    Yes, elbows count too, but only using the binary system, making it hard to call plays.

    That’s a lot of injuries this year for a Gil Thorp led team. We might have to bring in Brody Abro to play defensive back. And thinking of Brody, I think Neal has missed some precious storylines by not showing us silent John trying to communicate with autistic Brody.

    When do the “playdowns” start? The first round of our “playdowns” start this weekend. (“Playdowns” still doesn’t sound right.)

    Yeah. I guess they count too.

    I have always heard them called playOFFS. But when you think about it, they shoud be called playONS. If you win, you play on…

    I’m guessing that Milford doesn’t need to worry about the playdowns. Maybe next year (yeah, right).

    The costliest sacks are the ones that hold those little boxes from Tiffany’s.
