Why would anyone stay registered in a party they don’t agree with? How about a nice cup of tea?

I agree that the DJIA is not necessarily a good indicator of economic health, but when it tanked in 08-09 it was a pretty good indicator of economic illness. Don’t you remember all those financiers and politicians wetting their pants? It was so bad that Bush became a Keynesian.

Your right but as the left would point out with Bush in office, this is good for the rich but where are the jobs.

It will take at least 8 years to climb out of the hole that Dumbya dug for 8 years.

it’s so interesting to watch you Obama haters continue on your vitriolic assault. It seems, that besides your misrepresentations of whats going on, you relish in the notion that the united states is getting weaker and is in dire straights.

well, we liberals have faith (and not just in some spaghetti monster in the sky) in the good ole’ USA. The reality is the economy is far better and stronger than you RWNJ’s want it to be, and you just can’t stand it.

in spite of the obstruction of the current republican party, and the destruction caused by the previous republican administration, things are steadily improving.

imagine how much better it could be if the republicans stood by Obama, the way the democrats stood by bush for his wars.

even better, imagine how much better it WILL be when Hillary wins the presidency in 2016.

    have a nice day.

that’s the best you can do? my business is doing so well lately, I’ve been hiring highly skilled full time employees , and just bought a new suit of sails for the catamaran (and a new car).

i’m doing my liberal part to help the economy, what about you?

“And just so you know, I’m a registered Democrat, and no longer proud of it! I’m embarrassed!”

So you should be, for taking candy from strangers. And at your age!

Obama is some sort of Protestant, possibly even Fundamentalist, but he has the nous to keep his religion to himself, unlike some of his competition.

“Not the fixed unemployment rate as dictated by Obama’s useful idiots. Not that any of this really matters to socialists, because economics is too complicated for socialists with a pre-school education in applied reality.”

So … where are the jobs? Oh, yeah, off-shored several administrations ago.

Somehow, GOP idiots don’t seem to grasp that for people to earn a living, family wage jobs must be available. Ours are all propping up the economies in the Third World, including China,

It doesn’t seem to occur to any of you Global Economy fans that propping up China’s economy might not be the best plan for a long and prosperous future?

And that doesn’t take into consideration, either the fact that they are siphoning big money out of the economy.

They claim to be patriots, but they are destroying the country with their greed and deceit.

Agreed, though, that Wall Street is no indication of the actual economy.

I will get only $200 a month from SS because I haven’t paid into SS for 17 years

So what is your complaint, you wont get free money for retirement? Cry me a river, you chose not to pay into the system and now you are complaining. Guess you are not the smartest liberal professor on campus!
