If a drone flys below 500 feet over your house, you can shoot it down! That 500 feet belongs to you, and it’s trespassing!

So Bush wanted to use them on American soil?

And if you don’t want to be a hypocrite, you must believe it was OK for Bush to use them, right?

Remember everyone, it’s all quite simple. If Bush did it, it’s horrible, evil and trespassing on our rights. If Obama does it, it’s good and pure and only to help the people.

Clinton actually, but even he had the grace to limit them to the USAF in military ops, Obama handed hundreds of armed drones to DHS, that’s what this is about.

The history of drones goes back a lot farther than you might think, Clark. Don’t embarrass yourself by blaming it on anyone recent.

So you haven’t noticed that a lot of people on the left are not happy with the drones? I guess that would interfere with your stereotypes.

I am not a Libertarian and never supported Ron Paul because the Party is amoral IMO and does not uphold using civil laws to enforce moral behaviour…..I support conservative political groups, but after 60 years of watching the Democratic and Republican parties abandon their earlier positions, and just use rhetoric to get votes and then use terms in office in D.C. to expand the welfare state; I was
okay with Rand Paul doing what elected GOP senators who claim to be “conservative” continue to refuse to do!
    -
fact: the 13-hour filibuster worked! President Obama now sent a letter confirming that his administration recognizes that using drones against Americans in the USA is not constitutional.
    -
The GOP “Old Guard” needs to recognize that they are wrong to be “liberal light” and keep supporting bad laws and bad programs and bad taxes and keep trying to win favor with a sold-out Liberal MSM….the GOP needs to get back to its roots or make way for a New Conservative Party. They must pay a price for dissing the new conservatives called “Tea Party” GOP…..We need a Reagan type Revolution in politics, IMO.

While I agree that filibuster should only occur when they stand up, speak, and hold the floor, Rand Paul only has eyes on 2016, and TEA party support.
