    Odie’s hoping to lose about a hundred pounds … of cat.
    (I don’t recall any strip or cartoon that established what Garfield’s actual weight was.)

    This one might make an interesting “Garfield Minus Garfield.”

    I miss the good old days where Jim Davis would write a story line that lasted for about a week. Many MANY years ago he wrote one where Garfield got hit on the head and lost his memory. I was a kid and freaked out over the entire thing. Jon finally clocked Garfield over the head (with Liz’s supervision) which resulted in Garfield’s memory returning. I miss stuff like that.

    @Reddyan

    Acually, there WAS a short storyline with Jon and tools, and then, Jon and mice.
