"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

What a shame, moose heads and cream are strange bedfellows indeed.

Ah, Moosehead beer and strawberries, a fine shandy. The more Mooseheads the better.

A strawberry on a stick make a bunny a lot happier than moose head in the mist.

Strawberries on sticks are great for dipping in chocolate..
Not so sure about mooseheads. Never tried that.
But chocolate bunnies are yummy in the tummy!

@x_Tech
The grenade in the belt doesn’t have the fragmentation jacket.
Note: the grenade pictured on Wikipedia has the frag jacket installed wrong. The clasp should be toward the handle so that it clip prevent the jacket from sliding off.

Teresa, is this Attention Male Chauvinists ad from my submission of long ago, or did you stumble across it independently of me?
I found it in an old car magazine from the early 1970s several years ago, and probably e-mailed it to you at some point, but that would have been quite a while ago, so maybe you found it elsewhere?
Regardless, I’m glad to see this artifact of the patriarchy being examined and preserved on the Internet.

Re: Russian Soldier

On the right
RPG 40 ANTITANK STICK HAND GRENADE
Indicated on this Soviet RPG-40 Grenade are: (a) detonator delay assembly, (b) the opposite side of the handle in which the safety lever is set, and © the retaining arm and detonator well. The cotter pin and tab do not show here.

Teresa, I was only partly wrong. They are grenades, except they’re Russian and I didn’t have the types exact.

Dear Vlad, please don’t leave me unemployed! I could really use a job or two.

Teresa’s pretty nice, I don’t think she’ll make you wear a dunce cap and stick you in the corner.

Oh Goody
Here’s my big chance! I want to get paid for the time I spend on GoComics! I guess the title would be GoComics Peruser/Commentor.
Thank you very much. I spend about 20 hours a day. :)

:You mean I’ll have to compete with all the others lined up to be peruser/commentors?

@The Old Wolf
I have a job suggestion for you. You can zip up the body bags after Vlad fills them.
