    Conserve water, so the developers can build more projects, that use the water we saved. They get rich, we get brown yards.

    It’s best to use grass native to the area you live in. Out here people seem to have to have the most thirsty grass they can get and it’s not even native to the area. And we’re in drought conditions.

    Once they start limiting watering then eliminate it all together you will want to plant succulents and have gravel in place of it.

    Where it evaporates and comes back to the land as rain. You can’t “waste” water. Every drop that has ever been on Earth is still here.
