Yes there are! I’m finding most of the Gocomic’ers are very pet oriented and really understand life and love with pets. And of course the humor. Hope you get another pet as you sound very kind yourself.
When we lost our dog a couple of years ago, it was really tough. She had been my buddy and we were real close. It took about a month until we found a puppy from a rescue organization. He is now a big part of our family and we love him to death. She will always have a place in my heart.
Im sorry to hear about your loss. You gave him love and a good home and he knew that you did. We all heal in time but you have good memories of him no doubt. Remember the fun and the good times.

I will do. All my dogs have come from the same rescue kennels. Sooty was one of a litter of eight border collie pups and Pickle was also a rescue dog.

lost our golden yesterday he would have been 13 in Jan its so quiet without him I know we will heal but dang!!
