That phrase does not mean to be responsible to support, and provide for him. It was meant in the context of keeping track of him and what he is doing. I don’t mind offering support, I just don’t like the idea of being robbed and forced to do so.

Where are any of these without reasonable access to health, especially when this health is being denied by a junta of corporations besotted in their own greed. Remember, the next enumerated right is that to alter or abolish such tyrannies.
