That phrase does not mean to be responsible to support, and provide for him. It was meant in the context of keeping track of him and what he is doing. I don’t mind offering support, I just don’t like the idea of being robbed and forced to do so.

Remember, the next enumerated right is that to alter or abolish such tyrannies.
