I wish my upstairs neighbor would think to use earphones when doing their housecleaning. Every time they clean they have their stereo cranked up so loud the mailman could hear it at the corner. My husband works 3rd shift and has asked them repeatedly to turn it down. He finally had to resort to having the landlord tell them.
