    This is actually becoming reality, thanks to projects like Watson (at IBM) and the Qualcomm Tricorder X-Prize.

    Imagine every home (that can afford it) one of those Scandu Scout’s (or their equivalent) and as time went on more advanced ones that have a wider diagnostic ability.
