    Trash cans in parks will not overflow with empty bottles. Thanks to the Depression, people will grab them to make recycling money.

    If only recycling companies would offer to pay for empty water bottles! Where I live, the bottles litter the streets and parks. Seems like people can’t be bothered to dispose of them properly. More’s the pity!

    Yes, anywhere there are deposits on bottles, the many homeless or simply hard-done-by will clean up those bottles for the relatively well-to-do who can’t be bothered to return them.
