Good morning, Vagabonds. Yesterday, for the sake of getting some light excersize, I walked to the local hardware store to buy a doorbell. Counting the hill (the Bronx is full of hills) I would say the roundtrip was the equivalent of 10 city blocks. Although it was a nice day, I returned home out of breath and sweaty. I guess next time I should take shorter walks.

    Morning, Vagabonds.
    Eight days.
Arye, you be careful, and don’t overdo it.
The crossover with Annie continues in Dick Tracy!

    A good Sunday morning Vagabonds.
    .
My week was full, now I’m home and will be soon going back to church, only this time it’s home.
    .
Arye, I echo David’s concern, don’t over do it.
    .
May be Dick Tracy will be able to get Annie back home.

Happy Fathers Day to all the Vagabond men, me included.

Arye: Don’t try to rush things. You have to start slowly and work your way up to it just like I had to do with my knee.

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

And a Happy Father’s day to all our Vagabond Daddies. The best part of Father’s Day is the phone calls from all the kids. All in one day!

Got up to 78 yesterday, and down to 48 during the night. No rain in sight for a while. This will probably be the end of the lush greenscape we’re enjoying.

    Wow! David…………..almost there!!!!

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Happy father’s day to all of our fathers, grandfathers, father-figures and mentors. (See today’s Nancy for a nice tribute to father-figures.)

It’s only supposed to get up to 98 today. Cold snap.

One of our local TV stations gives $100 to the local literacy program for every day the temp gets up to triple digits. On Friday, they were up to $1300 and it isn’t even summer yet.

    @JanCinLV

Jack said to tell you that we haven’t put away our winter clothing yet, so we could send you some for your “cold snap”!

Nice for that TV station to donate!
