REX MORGAN: Delores told June that she is better off because June is here, but June is in San Diego only for the weekend.
MARY WORTH: So, both Mary and Jeff have at least one thing in common: Altruism.
APT3G: How dangerous of Margo to leave her door unlocked – she should get her lock fixed. Three woman living in an unlocked apartment spells trouble.

A3G – What is Margo suggesting?
Rex – Nurses don’t get enough appreciation.

Judge Parker – April’s probably lying to butter up her future father-in-law.
Rex Morgan – A real compliment from Delores.
Mark Trail – Starting a new (exciting) story arc.

Phantom After stalking Kit up into a tree and waiting for him to fall, now the lioness runs away? She’s still hungry, and now probably angry because she hurts from the spear prick that administered the anesthesia and from the “surgery” on her neck. Why would she run away from easy prey?

Like I said the other day, “Daniel in the lion’s den.”

The Academy Award nominations for the Best Picture Oscar were announced on Jan. 10. That got me to thinking about the comic strip storylines that I enjoyed the most in 2012. These come to mind:
FUNKY WINKERBEAN: Les & Summer’s trek up Mt. Kilimanjaro.
JUDGE PARKER: Sam & Avery’s fishing trip to Cherry Creek Lodge.
PHANTOM: A lot of Kit Walker’s year-long visit to Mexico (the Lucha Libre adventure).

MARK TRAIL: I feel like there was a fishing tournament story in MT where the winner was cheating …?
