She got to marry a soldier anyway, if not a royal one.

It depends on what you’re doing. London has world class museums with free entry, and a number of theatres have economical same day seats, if you’re willing to get up early and wait for them. But of course Sam would prefer to use her time more constructively and nab herself a prince!

I think you’re thinking of Alex, not Sam.

But you still have to eat and still need a place to sleep. That costs $$$. The buses are cheap though.

And remember to look to your left!

‘He who is tired of London is tired of life’ – Samuel Johnson.

Accommodation does cost £££ but there are reasonable places to eat. Oh, and those free museums don’t get closed down by politicians playing silly buggers.

This question has been answered ad infinitum in this comment section already, to the point that it causes people to figuratively pull their hair out in frustration.

I humbly suggest that you do a search on the term ‘Doonesbury reruns’ to get an answer to your question.

First thing I will do when I go to London is go on a Doctor Who tour. (Reboot locations only).

I wouldn’t mention frustration with their cluelessness; it’s probably what they’re trying to provoke.

Trudeau is getting older and he took some time off for vacation and to spend time with his family.

As a reserve member of the elite Space Pilots Corps, Trudeau was called up to help repel an invasion by evil Blobignargs from the planet Blobignargia.

The epic space battle is expected to last until mid-November. At that point the Blobignargs will either be driven back to their home planet, or Earth will be subjugated under Blobignargian rule. Either way, weekday Doonesbury strips should return by then.

It’s understandable that you were not aware of this; the Elite Liberal Media refuses to cover the story.

There are some cheaper London lodging options (university dorms during school breaks open up to visitors and are very cheap, with free breakfast) if you search around.

Go to Hyde Park, listen to the crazies rant almost as well comments online.
Not really boring if you enjoy watching insanity played out.
Failing that, you are bound to catch a royal the second or third time around.
