   I left a reply regarding Obama presenting an ID when he voted. In Illinois an ID is required for early voting- which he did- but not for voting on Election Day.

   I read the posts by the right and I have to wonder sometimes why they believe the things they say they believe….
   WWII was “the war to end all war” except war is very profitable and many a rich man is a “Warbucks”. After the Atomic Bomb showed them that they could actually be victims themselves rather then sitting safe out of the war zones and sending the young and the poor off to make them rich they had to rethink how to fight war so they would be safe. The answer is to fight little wars in a lot of places. Destroy a country’s infrastructure and send in the Halliburtons of the world to fix it. When Bush was given 911 he promptly went and invaded Iraq. He said he was going to before he was elected (“I’m going to get the man that tried to kill my Daddy!”) but the real reason we invaded Iraq instead of going after Bin Ladin was that Iraq had a lot of infrastructure that could be rebuilt for Billions, Afghanistan where Bin Ladin was known to be hiding?… not so much, in fact hardly any. Halliburton didn’t want to rebuild Afghanistan they wanted to rebuild Iraq (again). MONEY pure and simple was why we had a war in Iraq. And why the Reactionary Right who are the lackeys of the Rich will keep looking for wars for their children to die in for the Rich, whose own children never get close… Mit for example, he supported the war… as long as he didn’t have to fight. Cheney… he had better things to do… etc etc…

   We lefties had better brace ourselves for 4 years of Willard’s War, maybe 8 — against Iran or Pakistan. Plus, he’ll keep us in Afghanistan, the graveyard of empires.

    If you’re right about that, then when he learns the truth, he’ll go to war against Pakistan in order to secure that passage through the Khyber pass, He’ll bring in massive military might and boots on the ground instead of bribing their corrupt government with billions of dollars.

    It’s not the voter’s poor choices necessarily – look at Ohio in 2004 or Florida in 2000 for example. Instead of (or in addition to):

    Hip replacement patients generally go to a physical rehab center for physical rehab after a few days to recover in the hospital. Joanie is really pushing it, big time.
