I'm what I like to call a "problem solver," not a finger pointer. In other words, I'm too busy solving problems to point fingers at local and state officials who failed to do their jobs. Person: But isn't that finger-pointing? George W. Bush: I won't play gotcha. I'm not a gotcha player.
