    On August 17th, 2012, it was announced Thompson would end the strip on September 23rd, 2012, in order to focus on his health.2 (Wikipedia)

    And will be a classic so we can see them all again and in hopes of in a few years he will be able to return to what he loves and does so well. Depends on medical science and costs.
