Maybe they have one of those small, under the counter refrigerators and don’t have any room in it for sausages so they get left out just for Fred.

Maybe Fred should meet Poncho from Pooch Cafe so that he could use a balloon on his tail.
I can envision the theft now. Yup, Fred will need Poncho’s balloons for sure.
