Oldie, get the federal permit and automatics are in any state. The guys in the cartoon are too close together for an M-79 (40mm grenade) but if you think an automatic is fun, a 79 is well, exemplary ecstasy. Pop! Whoosh! Boom! Now the “shotgun” round available for the 79, in the cartoon would be “interesting”, it’s like five 12 gauge 00 buckshot, in one round, nasty.
“But then again, legalizing them would still let you drink the bong water and not have to feel guilty about the blood on your hands, wouldn’t it?”
I don’t personally use, but the blood is not on the hands of the users; it’s on the hands of those that made it illegal and keep it illegal. When you prohibit things that hurt no one else, people will find a way around it. That’s the way the “market” works.
Gangsters popped up in the 1920s to usurp the prohbition laws. Eventually, Prohibition was repealed. Today, the drug cartels in Mexico and other countries are usurping these laws.
Were the people that bought from gangsters responsible for the deaths of the people that the gangsters killed, in your opinion? Or was it those that allowed an atmosphere for gangsterism to develop?

Why don’t they put down their guns and just cough?

Actually, oldie has a point. The US may be a major weapons source (one of the biggest producers around) but it certainly is not the only one.

oldie- the 105s had fleschettes as well. You did NOT want to be in the situation of needing them. Lost friends who were.

So, stewiez, what needs to be done is to pull the rug out from under these cartels. Remove their power and influence.
Don’t you agree?
