Simple fact, SEALs and their support people who go into the field with them have security clearances, and orders that mandate what they can NOT say about their missions until that information is officially “declassified”. If he revealed any classified information, he’s screwed, and should be.
I haven’t read the book, but the “promo” stuff that came out a couple weeks ago CLEARLY CLAIMED it was a slam on the President. As Rumsfeld changed the UCMJ to state that military people can not only NOT say anything against the Commander In Chief, to read that prohibition included the Vice President, AND the Secretary of Defense, if he defames in any way anyone in that chain of command, he’s STILL PUNISHABLE under UCMJ as a “retiree”.
Knowing SEALs and people who worked directly with them, who will not say ANYTHING about “classified” things they did, even though “some authorities” say they now can, this book IS a breach of not only protocol, but his oath to “support and defend against all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC”.
“… If you would have been there, wouldn’t you want to tell…” NOPE.Apparently, ‘integrity’ is not your ‘long suit’. This guy has broken promises to people that put their lives in his hands. He has sold his soul to h311.

Haven’t read the book either, but I would trust a Navy Seal before I would trust this administration. (82nd Airborne hubby.)
