Somehow, I have my doubts as to Burl being really good at anything, except being lazy…

Burl Penny – A farce to be reckoned with…

Is he really good because he stands six inches from the dart board? And why are there so many holes in the outer rings? He’s either bad at darts or bad at cheating or both.

Dazz, I spelled it out just now on yesterday’s strip comments. BTW, I don’t believe for one minute you have never heard of the expression.

Sorry, but I’d never want to be in any confined space with Burl and any sharp or pointy object, or within 100 feet in any direction of him throwing anything.

Oh wait… he can’t throw anything more than 12 feet…

I think I found the “Star”. It looks like it’s embedded in the wall. Probably trying to hide from Burl’s dart throwing(?)

Was Burl trying to hustle Dale? looks that way to me.

Susan and Mikie- so it never WAS a rhyme for that and no, Mikie, I did not know any such and had no commitments to any guy before I was married a few years after HS (grad 55, married 59 in April- first child= Jan 60).
