I don’t think Karma quite gets why Mars hates Peace Turtle and wants to get rid of him. As long as Peace Turtle is around, Mars is out of a job! It makes you wonder, though, what he and Venus ever saw in each other, doesn’t it?

Mars always was a bit slow on the uptake. Karma, don’t weary yourself trying to explain to the god of war why he should like peace. It ain’t going to happen.

Of course — that’s why he’s the God of War. Behaving that way is not only natural for him, it’s the major requirement for the job.

Mars doesn’t ken “friend”. He only knows allies and enemies. Especially enemies.

Didn’t Tolstoy write a book about those two?
