Somehow I don’t think this is Don Liego but rather Codex, and that the cone hasn’t allowed him to recognize Bucky or vice versa. (Bucky did introduce himself, but Codex isn’t precisely the brightest bulb in the box.)

Rubber bands are dangerous and cats should not be allowed to play with them. My cats loved (to eat) them, which could be fatal.

Old joke. Rolf Harris told this in the 70s. Only it was a bull’s head in a bar.However, this story arc has me enthralled.
