Aunt Fritzi ia a pretty woman. That is how she was created by Larry Whittington, and continued by Ernie, and now me…for 17 years. I have always received comments about how attractive she is. I expect it. It’s great. Fritzi is part of the appeal of the feature, obviously. Blondie, btw, is a great strip. It takes a great “pretty girl” artist, as we call ourselves, to illustrate Blondie. And they have one of the absolute best. Some of the lude, crude stuff that gets posted, or email me has nothing to do with how I draw. And nothing to do with the strip.
