I use raisons in my breakfast bars (soaked in Mexican vanilla) a totally yummy recipe, but not overly sweet. Greek yogurt with fresh sliced fruit of 4-5 varieties is the best.
A friend of my Moms sent her some Oatmeal Raisin bars and after 3 Mom was haveing trouble walking – thought she was haveing a Stroke – Turned out a “Secret Ingredient” was the raisins were Marinated in GIN for 24 hours before adding them to the mix. -whew!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Ritas kinda Hot from that angle. ☺
