Are we still expected to believe that the IRS and DOJ would dream of letting Romney evade income taxes for ten years? Or even one year? The Dems can’t tell a lie without making it a whopper.
Whether Mitt paid taxes has no relationship to whether Reid is lying. To be lying, then nobody told him Mitt wasn’t paying taxes. The complaint against Reid shouldn’t be that he lied, but that he didn’t say anything of value. It’s just unattributed hearsay.
Still the question remains why Mitt doesn’t release his taxes? There has got to be something really embarrassing there to put up with all the grief he’s getting. Perhaps there is nothing there and he’s waiting to release them just before the election and make all the accusers look bad.
Re agent.007’s comment. There’s almost certainly nothing illegal there, but being politically damaging is a different thing. He may very well have legallyl avoided taxes for ten years, but the fact will not sit well with a lot of voters.
I like how Jon Stewart addressed Harry Reid’s behavior in his show last week. Harry Reid dishonors his office and his party with these unproven claims and gives his opponents ‘permission’ to use such tactics more freely than they already do. I do wish we could get a law passed requiring elected officals to speak the truth.Respectfully,C.

Giving the GOP a taste of their own medicine. Fox news should be proud.

You have a funeral prepared for Reid too? Or does he get a pass in your book even if he’s lying? Which, by the way the Wash Post says he is.

Four years of bull and birthers from the right, one guy flips over the cow pie, and the worms turn, writhe, and scream!

The GOP proves that voters will believe just about anything every day.
