to make it easy to pick up, all you have to do is just fold it in the middle. to make sure it stays folded , place it on the floor and jump up and down on it.there, see? easy to pick up!

Whenever I’m stuck behind an old person at a checkstand it’s either a scene like this one, or they take all year writing a check.

True Story: I was behind a woman at a checkout and she paid for her groceries with a huge pile of change. She set the pile on the conveyor belt, which moved forward, dumping much of the change into various cracks and crevices of the checkout. She and the cashier then spent the next 10 to 15 minutes digging the coins out of the works, separating it from the food bits, and counting out her tally. Fascinating and frustrating at the same time.

Maybe everyone should kill themselves when they hit their 50th birthday, hey? The fingers would probably remain steady ‘till fifty, the frustration of not being as fast as you were at twenty would be eliminated, and you wouldn’t be a burden to the checker or the guy behind you at the checkout.

I feel bad for those with Parkinson’s – not easy to deal with little things like this. True story – I never made it through medical school because of a gentleman with the “shakes”. While I worked in triage, a patient was asked to take out his medicaid card and the tremors were making it difficult for him to pull out the card. As I watched him shake, I could feel tremors in my own body starting from inside and make their way out. I could not deal with it. Did not know until much later that he had parkinson’s disease.
