I’m thinking Verne is not the conservative here – it’s the others who seem to be thinking along these lines (and I trust no one thinks Forbes is a part of the so-called “liberal” media).
Incidentally some knitting needles are also made from milk via cheese. Swallow, for instance and the original Boye Balene (not sure how Balene II is made).
