British Telecom kept me waiting for a whole day and never turned up. I e-mailed them (that worked) and was told the problem had been fixed and nobody said anything about paying me a visit. Luckily I had asked the name of the first person I’d contacted so wrote a letter claiming 8 hours at £42 an hour (my charge-out rate at the time) AND GOT IT!
