I’m finally back to my old self! I swear we both had “jet lag” from our trip! Just did the bare necessities, and today I have all kinds of plans to get my life back in some kind of order. :))
Glad I cooked a big batch of the soup and egg rolls. A bowl of soup and an egg roll for dinner tonight, please. Thanks Grog for setting it up!
92 yesterday with lots of humidity from the monsoonal flow up our way yesterday. But, it cooled off nicely during the night. Enough to use the quilt. :))

Well, I was “cooking” all day today……….
First, was vegetable beef barley soup………….alllllll day……. the house smelled so good!!!! Lots left for the Tribe!
Then, for dinner, I made shrimp and chicken egg rolls. They’re big enough so 3 is a whole meal.! Of course, enough to feed the whole tribe again
