So, a bowl of my Vegetable Beef and Barley soup would hit the spot right now!
Got back from my weekend “retreat” last night. There were 69 of the most amazing, incredible, positive thinking women I have ever met! You would never know they were cancer survivors………only that they love life and each other! So glad I was able to go!
My Mountain Man picked me up, and we continued on down to Old Faithful for the night. Really enjoyed the park, and the bison, too. We are so lucky to be so close that we can stop in the park so often.
But, but….I walked away……..I really did Pete..Good evening kiddos. Long day that ended in a possible new dog.? She is a sweetheart and her owner died of a Herion OD. I really don’t want another dog and I could take her to the no kill shelter but……… she seemed so lost and lonely. If we can’t find her a home………..dang it!

Well, I was “cooking” all day today……….
First, was vegetable beef barley soup………….alllllll day……. the house smelled so good!!!! Lots left for the Tribe!
Then, for dinner, I made shrimp and chicken egg rolls. They’re big enough so 3 is a whole meal.! Of course, enough to feed the whole tribe again
