Well, we’re back from our little trip. Checked out a place called Freezeout Lake near Great Falls. It’s the place where thousands and thousands of migratory geese and swans stop over for a bite and a rest each spring. We wanted to check it out so we know where to go next spring. Supposedly the fall migration isn’t as big or as long lasting.
It’s a rather shallow lake, with lots of water fowl right now in the refuge. Got a crummy bite on my arm, and it’s driving me bananas. (maybe if I put a banana on it…………)Anyway, had a great time. Good to get away, and even better to get back into my nice comfy bed, like Wink!
