I’m back!

Go Comics notified me that my animations on Peanuts and elsewhere were a violation of the Terms of Agreement and they disabled my comments last weekend.

The issue is copyright infringement—-reproducing in whole or part content without permission.

However, the Fair Use clause does permit reproduction on comment boards as long as you don’t profit from your work.

The only profit I earned were the smiles of everyone who enjoyed the animations.

So Stucco is a fugitive, huh?

My favorite bowl of cereal is the one with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Hope I don’t get in trouble for this!

Just back from supper and sitting outside for about an hour. I don’t know how long the good weather will last but it’s nice while it’s here.

It’s SNOWING!!!! I’d say we’ve got about a half inch sticking all over the place. The hillsides are solid white and beautiful.

Montana Lady –

I always thought October was way too early for snow…which is why I didn’t last long in Edmonton.

Here it can easily snow or have temps in the 90°s.

It was Indian Summer here, and will be for the rest of the week! Happy happy! Yes Happy I’m happy! Those who know me here, know I HATE WINTER! LOL!

Grog – It usually only lasts a few days. One year it didn’t above freezing for three weeks with almost a foot of snow. We don’t get much snow but it sometimes gets cold with high wind. I don’t like it if you have to put up with the cold and don’t have any snow.
