No one needs to “mud up W”. He did a very good job of that himself. So funny how Repubs get amnesia from the years 2000-2008

The Republicans are considering “W” and Cheney in their campaign this year, it’s a story of dungeons and dragons.

Seems like some people will do anything to avoid having to abandon the myth that Obama was ever Muslim.

Actually, that is a tenet of Islam, which acknowledges Jesus as a holy prophet, too. So now what? Are you going to criticize Jesus now?

Forget about the First Amendment, how about Article VI, Para. 3?

If it were only that simple for ending the prevarications, half-truths, and out and out lies that are allowed in today’s political campaigns without censure or legal repercussion.

Sadly, as we all know bad news travels faster, whether true or not, than good news. It will not be until laws governing campaigns are passed that require all political campaign ads, published or broadcast, and their sources be made available/published at time of their release and that they establish that that ad is truthful and factual; if they do not they must be made subject to stiff legal penalties. However, in America today when one asks for something as simple as the truth, no matter how bad that truth may be, we more often than not get anything but the truth.

It is Time for a Change in the Way we do Politics.

I looked at your citation, but it doesn’t meet the smell test. In other words, it sets off my B.S. detector. If Rev. Wright is such a detestable figure, according to you righties, why do you assume that he tells the truth about Obama? And how trustworthy is Klein, who is reporting what Wright supposedly said? He’s just a smear-job author.

Do you have any direct evidence “straight from the horse’s (Wright’s ) mouth” reported by a reputable news source? If so, please post it.

“um yes there is a recording of Wright telling this new reporter "So give us a link to it so we can judge for ourselves what he said.

“That all the father figures and mentors of his past where socialist, or communist or Muslim.”You accuse people of being socialist, merely because they think rich people should pay their share in taxes. Practically everyone who doesn’t have your far-right philosophy is demonized as a socialist, communist or muslim. If you characterize his father figures thus, they are probably really decent human beings.

All your assertions are based on right-wing bloggers and smear-job artists whose biases are blatantly obvious. Along with them, you all just form one big circle of “proof by assertion.” Everybody just quoting other far-right fools. No independent facts, and lots of fallacious arguments.
