Got yet another appointment with the cardiologist. A followup to see how the new medication is working, I guess. Probably be back this P.M.?

Dry, I’ve never tried it with a topo map. We always use a little handheld GPS. They are not expensive, you can find them at Wal-Mart or Bass Pro. Dkram, sometimes you can exchange an object in a cache, but just as often it is too small to hold a bunch of stuff and it’s just a log to sign. (There are even virtual caches where you describe what you found on the Geocaching.com website to get credit for the find.) Most of the stuff in a cache are small toys, cute erasers, charms, that kind of thing. We keep a tiny backpack loaded with spare logbooks, pencils and little toys to leave if needed. Most medium to large caches have a “first-to-find” prize that is a bit nicer than the little toys. I have seen caches as small as a film container and as large as a five-gallon bucket.

Thank you Shirttail Slim and Montana Lady! I know everyone around here has their own group and I don’t like to intrude, so again, thank you for making me feel welcome on the rare occasion when I drop by! :-)

And Montana Lady I am SO GLAD everything is going well for you!
