Panel 2, Sam looks like a Ditko down to the hands. And if the inker makes his shirt all black the colorist gets taken out of the equation. I’d like to see more noir from Joe, he is so good at it.
Why does being the wife of Dick Tracy give Tess “Top Notch” qualifications to be a private eye? Is she going to use confidential police information and facilities through Tracy?Does just being a spouse transfer their abilities to you?
In most offices the files are shared on a common database network. Most often it’s not necessary to walk, oonly upload the files in the appropriate slot.
As we compare the appearance of Lt.Teevo to that of Pres. Richard Nixon, it’s a bit coincidental that Nixon then as VP, actually met Chester Gould on the latters visit to Washington. in 1959.Nixon’s first question to Gouldwas - "What would happen to Flyface ?Gould replyed that - ’ he’d get it good ’ !
