Why is she surprised? Shouldn’t she know a bit about his PHILandering ways? What’s “the bromo”? Is this a Canadian thing?

Kids that age are brutally honest…reminds of me this one commercial I saw a few years back when a young kid was at a wedding and he tells the bride “My mommy says she can’t believe you wore white!!!!”

I did something similar when I was 7. I was at my grandparents’ house, and my uncle was in the shower getting ready for a date with his girlfriend when she showed up. I ran upstairs, poked my head in the bathroom door, and said, “Uncle Mike, Leslie’s here.” Since he was still in the shower, I couldn’t see his face. All I heard was, “Does she still have a puss on her face?” So I went back downstairs and asked.

I would guess D – Michael wants to say something nice about Georgia, and this is the only thing he can think of.

Connie was Ellie’s friend, before, during and after her failed attempts at a relationship with Phil.. I doubt that Michael, then a toddler, ever thought of it as Phil “bringing” Connie, as she was already a frequent visitor.

Who cares what Michael said — he’s just a kid.

Such a compliment from Phil — enough to give him something to necessitate “bromo.”
