Better advice was never given by a child to her future self. Oh, and pick up your room, don’t slouch, say please and thank you, and get a job.

Shouldn’t the future self be giving this advise? After all past self is the one that can change the outcome.

Yep. The older we get, the more we get like our parents.

By the time we’re in our mid-thirties, we BECOME our parents. Especially if we have kids!
