Apparently, the cartoonist isn’t using ninety-nine percent of his potential :)

I think it was meant to be “Don’t tap 90%”

That is the common statement, that we only use 10% of our brains. It had been thoroughly debunked though. However, like most such statements, it lives on even after being proven false.

Einstein had used a mere 3% of his brain!

I think Thornapple was just handed a compliment.
