In a country of over 300 million people, I wonder how many are gay and want to marry? And we are going to choose a leader based on that?I imagine many millions of women take birth control pills for reasons other than contraception. I know a few who need to regulate their hormones with the pills.What is next? Prohibitiion again?

Santorum has repeatedly state he would force his view of religion down the nation’s throat if elected, either directly or indirectly. Interesting he has no view of history, or the true intent of the “founding fathers”. (Oh, right, those maniacs who came on the Mayflower were the only homicidal types allowed to inflict THEIR religion in the New World, and they even hated the Roman Catholics who got here first! So if you don’t watch right wing media, then how do you come up with your right wing ideas? I doubt they’re original since EVERY right winger here says exactly the same thing you’re spouting.
very serious cartoon. I wish we had a “thumbs up and thumbs down” feature on here. People need to actually read the 1st. amendment. It is more about not having a state sponsered church. that’s what the pilgrims and others came here for. The Church of England was suppressing people’s rights to not have to go to the state Church .Plus it talks about the right of the people to peaceable assemble and to petition the government about grievances.
