Same actual threat to the U.S. as ll those nukes and WMDs Saddam had. Saddam kept up the bluff to keep Iran off his back, which, considering WE backed Saddam in his war against Iran, then sold weapons to Iran, oh, wait, we were just “helping” avoid a revolution in Nicaragua, right??
